2025 Call for Service Providers!
Are you ready to answer the call to serve?
Volunteers are vital to the success of Project Homeless Connect! We rely on you to connect with, educate and empower our attendees. PHC 2025 is asking all agencies/groups/churches/government entities to sign up for a table! Bring brochures, candy, snack items, fun gifts and needed hygiene items to give to our attendees. Set up games at your table to play with our attendees. This day is about direct contact with those we serve. We want you to have as much fun and connection as our attendees!
We are also requesting that Housing Agencies please be prepared to accept Coordinated Entry referrals, complete your intakes and provide an attendee hope for a new start on the day of the event.
We would also request that any mental health, substance use, or care coordination agencies come to the event ready to sign attendees up for your services and schedule their first appointment!
We will be closing the street off again this year so any vendor/group/service provider that can bring an RV, van, mobile outreach vehicle we would greatly appreciate you!
PHC is about connecting our most vulnerable to YOU so that their needs can be met and hope can be given. We ask all tablers to arrive at the Buffalo Convention Center by 9:15am to set up and decorate your table and to plan to stay until the last attendee is served.
Bring balloons - streamers - make it festive! It’s a day of FUN , after all.
Registration for service providers will end on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 4pm. PHC Staff will host a zoom Q&A session for tablers. Date TBA.
