Welcome to Project Homeless Connect 2024!

Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a national, one-day, one-stop event held every fall to link our neighbors in need to essential services in the community. Every year we aim to make a significant impact on the quality of life of those who attend, to treat them with dignity that inspires hope on their journeys home.
