Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a national, one-day, one-stop event held every fall in major cities across our nation that links our neighbors in need to essential services. Since 2009, PHC Buffalo has brought together hundreds of local agencies, service providers, and individual volunteers to offer kindness, respect, education, linkages and neighborly love to the most vulnerable among us. PHC is the one day every year that we come together as a community to make a difference in the lives of those we have been called to serve.
Statement from Zeneta B. Everhart, Common Council Member Masten District on Project Homeless Connect 2025:
"As rates of homelessness have surged across the nation in recent years, it has become more important than ever that we extend a helping hand to our unhoused neighbors. Project Homeless Connect Buffalo is an opportunity to provide these essential services, helping to meet these individuals' basic needs and equipping them with the assistance and resources to maintain stable housing. I thank Project Homeless Connect Buffalo for their hard work and compassion in providing lifesaving assistance to some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community."
